Unified Interface - Docusign - missing send option

We are going to start trialing the new Unified Interface with some of our sales people however we have discovered that with our Docusign integration the button generate/create the envelope does not show up on the new UI and just says "No Options Available"

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

    Well few other users reported issues with ribbon button after the upgrade.

    Afraid not, I’ve already implemented that solution. I guess I’ll have to wait until they can resolve this. I can’t belive I’m the only person in the world that wants the new UI with Docusign!

    Try updating the unified interface using the method mentioned in the following link and see if that fixes your issue

    Alas DocuSign have not started or can tell me when we can impliment the solution with unified interface - very poor from them

    Hi

    I think its to do with changes to the Unified Interface Flyout menu.

    Have look at the screenshot below, the same issue reported

    You could open the ribbon editor and possibly fix it but then it's a third party solution, they might already be testing solution for Unified Interface

    I would recommend you raise a ticket with them and get the unified version of the solution if you still have the support contract
