how to forms and fields import and export from test crm to live crm in 2013 ?have any option in crm 2013 on premise because i want move which i customized in test crm to live

please advise me if any one know about this

You need to learn about solution, it's act like a container where you can keep your customization and existing object to transfer it to another environments.

Simple way is use XrmToolBox solution transfer tool to move your custom solution from test to live.

Create a new solution, and add all the fields/forms, etc. to it, then export it from your dev environment and import it to the production environment.
