D365 Preventing Invoicing sales order lines if not despatched yet

Good Morning
 
is there a setup to avoid invoicing sales orders lines if a delivery note has not been posted yet for the same quantity in D365?

    Hi,
    You can use the order holds function, you can set order holds, place order on hold, and manage order holds according to the example in the MS documentation.

    On the Item model group, you have the Deduction requirements parameter, which you can use to enforce that these items must go through Delivery Note update before Invoice update can be posted.

    Hello User,
     
    Pls, check the "Deduction Requirement" on the item model group which prevents the invoicing sale order lines if not dispatched. This is applicable for stocked products alone.
    Kindly ensure the below fields are checked on the Item Model Group of concerned Item
