Am I able to cancel an importing task with status "Importing"

    Hi,

    The import runs as a system job which can be seen in system jobs found in settings>System Jobs.

    I believe you can just simply roll back the import using the delete functionality:

    If you select delete you can delete all records imported into the entity during the import.

    Hope this helps.

    I think what the delete function is referring to is after complete the system job, you just delete the record.

    And then there are choices whether you want to delete the entity record or only delete the 'import source file' record

    Open the import source file, click System Jobs which is on the left page. Select the import job to be cancelled, click More Actions then Cancel.

    Hi,
     
    You can cancel the job by going to settings -> system jobs -> select the import job that contains you file name -> after selecting it click more options and click cancel.
    This will stop the system job.
