How to Enable Litmus for a CIJ-Realtime only customer

How do you enable Litmus for a CIJ-RT only customer, the documentation is not correct and just keeps you going in circles.

    I am using the Customer Insights-Journey trial version.
    I only have real-time marketing. I do not have Litmus integration enabled.
    As a result, I only have basic preview email functionality and cannot preview based on different devices.
     
    You can enable Litmus in Default Marketing Settings.
    However, this document only applies to outbound marketing.
     
    I didn't find anything about integrating Litmus in the real-time marketing documentation.
     
    Therefore, if Litmus is enabled, it may be applied with Real-time marketing, but it will definitely be applied with outbound marketing.
