Do you have any idea how many thousands of records you're talking about Rosemary? What are you trying to accomplish?
Quite not sure what you mean. But I try to guess that you'd like to know where to find more info about Tables and Fields in GP, then either
In GP, select Microsoft Dynamics GP -> Tools -> Resources Descriptions.
or
visit VictoriaYudin.com, where you can find an excellent and extraordinary work from Victoria. Select GP Tables and you're home free.
