Failed to Connect to the the Mobile App(Android)

Hi All,

I am not able to connect the Android Mobile app to the Field service. I could easily connect the Windows mobile app but not android. I couldn't find out what seems to be the problem. I can connect with the same credentials to the windows mobile app but not on my android phone.

Hi Asism,

Per error message on your snapshot would suggest you to:

1. Double check the credentials you are using and your ‘User Mode’, try the ‘Oauth2’ option

2. Also, you can check the log file that will be available when you click on ‘Send Log’, since it brings lot of info I would you to try to look the fail observing the timestamp of your last try (e.g. Date:2020-03-30 16:14:06)

3. Finally, I would suggest you to try on app to go to “Settings”> “Delete Data” to delete the local database infos stored on your phone.
