i created a case on 12:58 pm but its showing as created on 2:33 am... is this a time zone changed problem or something else.as the crm test environment onpremise account is handled by usa officials

What a user sees is based on his/her TimeZone preferences. Users can change their preferences from Personal Options page in CRM.
so what would be the soultion to recover from this.. any link or suggestion will be verified

This behavior is based on the time zones dependent representation.
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
