So our organization requires to use the customer journey in such a way that all the emails get delivered in a thread instead of being sent to the recipient as a distinct email every time. I have tried a few alternatives but it doesn't really work as an absolute thread email.
My question is - does threaded email functionality ever worked or was it ever there in the customer journey in the D365 marketing module?
I can't seem to find a solution to address our requirement but if the functionality cannot be achieved in the D365 marketing - customer journey anyways then we can drop the whole requirement.

According to the definition of "threaded email", there is no similar function in Dynamics Marketing.
Marketing Email is mainly used for mass and regular email pushing.
