We have tried to print a gift card balance to customer's receipt. It should be printed in two cases: when a customer buys a gift card issued amount should be printed and when a customer pays with a gift card it's remaining balance should be printed.
Gift cards have been created correctly and they have balance. I added to the receipts header objects Gift card balance, Gift card issue date , Gift card expiration date and Gift card issue amount but no dates or sums are shown on the receipt. How to solve this problem?
