A sales order is entered and drop ship is selected. When the po button is pressed and Auto Create Drop ship PO is selected, the PO screen is pulling the last cost for that site instead of the standard cost. This is only happening for drop ship purchase orders, regular orders pull the standard cost from item site. Standard Cost in the PO Setup Screen.
SL Version 2011 SP2....
Any suggestions? This may be a bug.

My other issue with SP2 is that there were a multitude of Distribution HF's published for FP1 that did not make it into SP2GA (several were critical fixes for my site), and MS did not create the same HF's available for SP2. When I questioned support for the reason the fixes are not available in SP2, I was told they needed to be specifically requested (which of course I immediately did).
I assumed (incorrectly) that the fixes would have been available in/for SP2 w/out prompting. This has set my one client back quite a bit.....
I don't have a recommendation (I don't have a SL2011 SP2 client using Standard Cost), but I did see another apparent functional change related to DropShip SO's in SP2 that I am trying to figure out as well. Seems like Premium Freight on Drop Ship backordered Shippers is calculated as the Premium Freight on the Sales Order minus the previous Shipper's Premium Freight (so, if the SO Prem Frt was $0.00, and the previous Shipper Prem Frt was $473.08, the next Shipper created from a backorder shows -$473.08 Prem Frt). Previous versions and documentation did not attempt to populate Prem Frt on a Shipper from Sales Orders (in fact, the KB indicates Prem Frt on a Sales Order was an estimate only, and does not transfer to Shippers).
They are not entering Freight costs on PO Receipts.
Wondering if MS snuck in some undocumented changes in SP2, including your issue. I can't find anything in the SP2 SOC document related to either your or my issue. I will probably enter a Support ticket to clarify my findings, you might want to do the same for yours.
Does anyone have any recommendations on this?
