You can setup a new security task to assign to users to see these .
It's under Product --> Smartlist
Type --> Smartlist Object
Series --> Smartlist Objects
and you should get a list of the smartlists that you can assign. AA is under there.
well i did that , on a normal user it didn't show him the smartlist , are there any special security privileges for this user .
when it is power user , it is showing fine , but i don't want to give him power user
any idea's
To create the lists in standard smartlists:
Tools –> Setup –> Company –> Analytical Accounting –> Options (Click the SmartList Integration Button)
The smartlists are available as views that you can use as the basis of a smartlist builder smartlist.
