Sorry, I have been out of town. Drop me an email at rwheeler@rbsolutions.com and we can set up a remote session and I will take a look at this issue.

Re: Document is fully applied error in apply payables document window

Thank you very much for your resposne ..Mr.Richard Weeler....

I deleted all the records from those tables which you mentioned. And restarted the servers..

But still that user login gets the same problem.I have tried the same login id from another PC.and I given power user role for that User ID.. but no luck!!...

Can i delete the user and recreate it? will it effect any records for that user?

Or any others things can stop this error?

    Kindly advice....

Re: Document is fully applied error in apply payables document window

I would start by having everyone exit GP. Then:

    1) Go into SQL and delete all records in the DNAMICS.ACTIVITY table

    2) Delete all records in TEMPDB.DEX_SESSIONS

    3) Delete all records in TEMP.DEX_LOCKS

    4) Delete all records in DYNAMICS.SY00800

    5) Delete all records in DYNAMICS.SY00801

and just to make sure there are no leftover SQL locks, either stop and start SQL or simply reboot the server if you can.

Sounds like you a hung user session.
