Expense mgt policies

When I try to test an expense policy rule by clicking the "test" link in the rule setup form, I'm getting this error that references travel requisitions which I thought was deprecated in AX.

    What role does the user you are signed into AX with have assigned?

    Hi,

    The user currently has the system administrator role assigned.
