configuration package stuck

hi! I am trying to load a config package with many rows however only 5 columns and the process does not complete and gets stuck - is this a known glitch?
 
I thought I read that the limit is 500k!
 
edit: running Business Central SaaS Version: W1 25.2 (Platform 25.2.29617.0 + Application 25.2.27733.29622)

    did you use all fields in the table(s)? which table data do you import?
     
    try with only 1-3 records, check error protocol.

    This could be due to one of below :
    1. The record at 188700 might contain invalid data that fails to validate.
    2. The record might depend on another missing record.
    3. Due to large data, the performance of import process might be affected.
    4. Insufficient system resources.

    @keoma99 yes it works with a few records and I am currently using 5 fields - what do you mean " check error protocol" please?

    Does it include blob fields, such as images?
    This is a new feature in BC24, so remove these fields and try again.
    Business Central 2024 wave 1 (BC24): Export, import multiline text with Configuration Packages (Use BLOB type fields in Configuration Packages)

    Hello,
     
    Configuration Package are not recommending for large data. It is convenient, but slow.

    Building your own xmlport to import data will save a lot of your time.

    Hi,
     
    There is no limit for configuration package, but it is not recommended for huge volume of data. Better you can split the records like 20,000 k and then try again.

    Many users have faced slowdowns when bulk importing attribute lines. Additionally, we are also advising against using configuration packages for large data imports due to performance issues.

    To improve performance, users can:

    • Split the data into smaller batches and import them using a configuration package (standard method).
    • Use XMLports for structured and efficient bulk data imports (custom method).
