Errors while migrating accounts with PSTL

I was trying to combine/migrate accounts the other day with the PSTL and ended up getting this error:

I clicked past it and everything seemed to run OK, but none of the history transferred.  I also noticed that when I went to do a reconcile, I got different options for different companies.

I do not recall getting the first error in both companies, but neither company worked.

Any ideas?
