Try enabling tracing if it is CRM on-premise.

Thank you for quick reply,
Not sure but I guess there is no SQL Server replication running on b'coz its fresh organisation and no customization is done except added some fields.
Individual publish is happening . Issue is with Contact entity, For contact I get error.
Hi does your SQL Server have any replication running on it? Also check if cycling the Workflow Services helps
