I am building a new UI APP and we are on prem. How can I get to the settings area like solutions, customizations, when I am in this new ui app on prem? Please let me know, thank you.

You can click on the gear icon on the upper right corner and then select advance settings.
If this does not resolve your question please share a full screenshot of the app you are using.
