can't download materials from Customer Source

I'm newbie for AX and need to enhance my knowledge for AX.  I access to CustomerSource and try to download materials but found error as below on many materials.  What happen to this content or relate to my privilege to access materials?

    Hi,

    Are you an existing AX custmer or working for one?

    If this is not the case then you can't access customer source and you are left with the information and training materials that are available for free online.

    Assuming that you are not an AX customer, I would recommend getting startet here:

    community.dynamics.com/.../b

    www.youtube.com/results

    Only customers with paid support plan can access the customer source, please ask for your Microsoft partner to check if you have any issues, they can also check the problem with your access.
