I want to install some android app in my mobile to give approvals and view dashboard and reports. Please advice some reasonable app with settings.

One suggestions is, You could try accessing the EP page from your Android Mobile or Tablet which would provide the Dashboard and Reports.

There is a standard App for some functionality in AX like Approvals. You can read more here:

You can develop own apps for not supported functionality. This page will give the introduction how to achieve this: blogs.msdn.com/.../get-started-developing-mobile-apps-for-dynamics-ax-2012.aspx
Of course you can also create Enterprise portal pages for smaller screens and access these using the internet browser of your phone.
