Hi,
I am trying to install the Field Service Integration solution from AppSource to my crm instance but gives me this error.
It will be helpful if you can provide me with some solution for this error.

Before you install Field Service integration solution for Dynamics 365, you need to install Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service 9.0 or later first.
Hope it makes sense.

I recently created the CRM trial online version 1612 (9.0.2.449). I checked the version for Field Service in the solution list which is 7.4.0.80. How do I upgrade to 9.0?
Would appreciate your help!
I would raise a ticket with Microsoft. They can have a look on the server logs for error messages.
