How to create monthly cases for a account if its created for first case based on type of service

Hi,

In case entity, there is field called "CASE Type". Based on type, we know about client and how many cases is going to be.

If type is 3 then I have to create 12 cases for client's service which we need to provide as monthly bases( from jan to dec).

every time I have to fill up all details for all cases.

Instead of doing this, there is any method to avoid repeated steps like creating a button if first case is created and know about its type.

This is possible using Javascript or Ribbon workbench.

Anyone can help me in this problem ?

    Yes Deepthi ,it is possible using Javascript .

    Using Ribbon workbench add a button on Case form .Make it disable by default.On selection of CASE Type make it enable.On click of button call javascript that creates cases based on Type and other related criteria.

    Use Case Entitlements or Contracts, it lets you store max. no. of cases or no. of hours you want to support a client.
