
We have already enrolled employees in a benefit. However, they seem to have all disappeared and now show on the incomplete list. When we try to complete them we get the error
"This code is incomplete. Please complete the setup on the accounting side before continuing"
How do we fix this and where are we going wrong?!

I have the same question (0)I get this error when I try to go to the Retirement Plans Enrollment window, select the Employee ID and select the Plan Name. To help resolve the error, it looks like HR is somehow tied to Payroll. There are benefit/deducation codes that are still incomplete and you will have to finish setting them up by going to either/both: Benefit Setup window (Microsoft Dynamics GP menu >> Tools >> Setup >> Payroll >> Benefit) and/or Deduction Setup window (Microsoft Dynamics GP menu >> Tools >> Setup >> Payroll >> Deduction).
