'Create New Activity' icon missing from CRM

Hi there,

After the last update from Microsoft, there have been a few changes to the look/feel of the CRM interface.  Most noticable is the loss of 'Create New Activity' button from the upper-right corner

We have 4 environments (canary/dev/qa/prod) and all have been updated with the latest/greatest but its still visible in the canary server.

Is there a setting/configuration that needs to be set to get this to show back up?

Thanks.

    Hi,

Quick create form is added to the model drive app?

This button is not visible to system admin user also?

    Hello,

thanks for the reply.  That setting is already enabled in our environments.

One other thing that I noticed is that under the larger cross/plus to the left of the gear that we were missing an item that was there, client review meetings.  That I found seems to be the quick form was no longer in the system for that entity.

The other forms Appointment, phone, etc are all there.

    Any other ideas?

    regards,

    Chris

    Hi,

    Please check this:

    Navigate to Settings–>Administration–>General

Set the Setting Enable embedding of certain legacy dialogs in Unified Interface browser client as Yes

Or could you find these activities in the following button?

Another thing that can cause this to happen is if you don’t have the Appointment, Phone Call, and Task entities in your model driven app.
