How to Setting Up a Development Environment

    Hi, by te time of the response I'm sure that you figured out, but this can help to others.

    1. Install Microsoft Visual Studio. The version of Visual Studio depends of your MS Dynamics SL version. This according to the framework that Dynamics SDK use. By example for Dynamics SL 2015 the version of Visual Studio is 2013.
    2. Run Dynamics SL Setup and in one of the setup steps you can select Install Microsoft Dynamics SL SDK. This will create the DynamicsSL project template.
