We use multi-currency in our business (Euro, USD & GBP). I have just begun using the collection letters option in Collection Management and it's a real time saver but I can only get them to configure in USD, even for a foreign currency customer. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help.

In most of the tables, the currency amounts are listed in two fields such as Amount and OrgAmount. That's not original amount but originating amount as in the originating currency. Try using that field.
