Product receipt journal line ordered quantity reduced after partial receiving.

Posted on by
Hi Experts,

I have an issue on the product receipt journal line ordered quantity shown.
My PO quantity is 100
In my first product receipt journal line will show ordered 100 qty, received 50 qty.
In my second product receipt journal line will show ordered 50 qty, received 40 qty.
In my first product receipt journal line will show ordered 10 qty, received 10 qty.

My expected output: Product receipt journal line ordered quantity must follow the exact PO quantity. Do not reduce after partial receiving.
In my first product receipt journal line will show ordered 100 qty, received 50 qty.
In my second product receipt journal line will show ordered 100 qty, received 40 qty.
In my first product receipt journal line will show ordered 100 qty, received 10 qty.

    Hi,

I fully agree with you to see the original 100 ordered. I think this is an issue on the report only. The ordered quantity is not changing on the purchase order line and when posting an update, the ordered quantity is also correct. Only the standard receipt lists report shows the wrong quantity.
