Cannot Access Cloud Migration Management - GP Cloud Migration does not support the new US

Hello,

I was running a migration test to bring GP data into BC using the cloud migration tool. Last week I noticed the upgrade failed in the Cloud Migration Management page. This morning when I attempted to open the Cloud Migration Management list, I received the following error:

GP Cloud migration does not support the new UI

I know there was a new UI enabled in version 22, but there should be a choice to turn on/off the new UI. I'm stuck and cannot even open the Cloud Migration Management page to disable the new UI. Does anyone have any ides on how to do this?
