I have uses that were just switched to Great Plains 2018 from 2013, and they are now having problems with the connection and communication between Infinia Integrator and the Great Plains application. I am relatively new to supporting this technology, and the bulk of the support has landed in my lap due to my involvement in the department that uses GP. Is there anything I can look for and test to troubleshoot the connection between Infinia and Great Plains?
