GSTR -3B Reports in Business central

ReportReport

Dear Members,

We know that GSTR 3B Report is available in Business Central. When I downloaded the report, I noticed that there are no details (i.e amounts or other values) filled up in any of the sections. Only the Year, Month, GSTIN, Legal name of the registered person, Place, Date, Authorized signatory alone got filled. Other than this all the tables remain empty.

Is there any other setups to be enabled or anything else I need to do, so that the GSTR 3B gets printed with details..?? If so, please let me know.

Please do provide me a solution to the issue that I am currently facing.

Thanks in advance,

M Saravanan

if you are using GSTR-3B report and its generated empty, here's what can be done:

    >>Verify Data Entry: Ensure that you have entered the relevant transaction data correctly in Business Central. Double-check that you have entered the necessary details for sales, purchases, and other transactions that contribute to the GSTR 3B report.

    >>Check Tax Setup: Make sure that the tax setup in Business Central is configured correctly. Ensure that the tax codes, tax groups, tax calculation methods, and tax posting setups are accurate and aligned with the applicable GST rules and regulations.

    >>Validate Reporting Period: Confirm that you have selected the correct reporting period for generating the GSTR 3B report. Check the date range or month for which you want to generate the report and ensure it matches the relevant reporting period.

    >>Review Configuration and Extensions: If you have implemented any specific GST-related extensions or customizations in Business Central, review their configuration and settings. Ensure that these extensions are functioning properly and not causing any conflicts or issues with the GSTR 3B report generation.

    >>Seek Technical Support: If you have checked all the above points and are still facing difficulties, it may be helpful to reach out to technical support or consult with the Business Central implementation team. They can investigate the issue more closely, review your specific setup, and provide guidance or assistance in resolving the problem.

Did you identify any tables from where data is fetching from and if so what are filters applied on different fields If I can get an idea so I could cross check if data is exact or not?
