I have cleared active online sessions as well but no use

    Good day,

Can you end the user session for the respective user and try to login again?

    Best regards,

I have tried doing that but it is still not working. The error is only coming for menu item having activity "Display all work list"
Rest all menu items are working fine. Please suggest.

    Hi,
This message means the system thinks the worker already has an active or incomplete process running, often caused by a session interruption (like bad connectivity or app crash).Since it’s affecting all users in the Portugal legal entity, and you’ve confirmed there are only 3 open works and no stuck sessions, try the following:

Check the WHSWorkUserSession table for entries tied to that legal entity, if there are any records stuck in status, delete them via X++ or a custom cleanup job.
Review the menu item setup, make sure it’s not launching a process that fails silently or conflicts with worker assignments.
If the menu item uses a work class or query filter, check whether it references a warehouse or site that's misconfigured or missing for that legal entity.
If none of this help, consider testing the same menu item in a different legal entity to isolate if it’s a data or setup issue specific to Portugal.Hope this helps, Zain

Hi, Silly question but has it ever worked? Is this a new menu item for the users?

Could be something like a special character used in the MD Menu Item`s description (the one that is displayed on device's screen) that causing the app to crash.  In French, the App does not like certain characters (eg.  é, ç, ê, l' ) in the menu tile.  I normally avoid phrasing like "Consulter l'inventaire" using instead "Consulter Inventaire".

Alternatively, troubleshoot with the D365 emulator by adding this to the url after the legal entity : &mi=Action%3AWHSWorkExecute
Navigate to the menu and see if it works well with the emulator.
