Microsoft Dynamics RMS Adding Item To Purchase Order - Cannot Add a Existing items using Add Item button

Hi All,

I have an installation that is Running Microsoft RMS 2.0 FP1 (Latest Update).

The Operator has an existing old Item and it is a standard inventory Item.

Sometimes when creating a new Purchase order and add the new items it does not work.

This only happens when using add item and not Quick Scan.

You can find the item by searching on item lookup code but when selecting it, it does not bring selection from find window to item list window for purchase order item listing.

Your assistance will be much appreciated.

Eli,

That's new by me, but that certainly sounds like something that Microsoft would want to know about. If you are on Microsoft Maintenance (which you should be to have FP1) then I would give them a call and show them what you have there.
