No record found.
in the above image i created multiple form within a form and when i am using standard add button to add record in the form it always add on the first tab and when i am using command button with property "new","add" or"addrecord " it just creates a single record and next record isn't created. using MIcrosoft D365 finance and operation.
What do you mean by adding forms into a form?
Anyway, it sounds like your command button aren't associated with the right data source.
Where do you want to see more than one record? There is no grid, therefore your controls can show only one record (for each data source) at a time.
Hi Kaushik,
Your design seems to be wrong to me. Add and delete button is used when we have grid.
Seem you have only groups. Then what is the need of Add and delete button.
I suggest you rethink your design.
Thanks,
Girish S.
Hi Girish,
I inserted a grid too this is the full page this is the complete scenario in this i want to create a new record but i disabled the grid editing part i want it to create via standard button or command button if possible or any other way
Thanks
Kaushik
Hi Martin ,
I have seperate Data Source for Seperate form tabs
You need set the DataSource property on the command button control to respective tables, then only it will create record against the table mentioned in the DataSource property.
there is no option of setting a command button data source but i set the data source for action pane , tab and button group
