Not sure exactly, Please get in tough with your Developer. they need to get it register properly on your machine.

to clarify - im not the author of the code, im a sys admin that was asked to look into the issue by a programmer. Other programmers in his team do not have this issue - they run the same code and do not recieve the error. (could i possibly just copy the DLL from their machines and re-register it on his?)
