Is not allowed "Comments" input by Team member license?

Hi Gurus,

I have work with SaaS Business Central Ver. 23 and I'd like to make team member license assigned user can input the /Comments/ in the /Contact/ but the /New/ button is unable.

I already adjust the permissions what I think needed but still can't input the /Comment/ records.

Please let me know if there is additional permission required object or make sure the /Team member/ license doesn't allowed this.

Thank you for your attention,
Danny
