Email do not render properly in desktop outlook

The following html is a email template .
when email goes  from CRM to desktopoutlook email its Font got change to Callibari which is marked in blue while in html it is set to Arial.

In web outllok there is very minute difference.

    Hi Windy,

    > I copied email template HTML code you posted, and created a email template with your's as reference.

    1. What's version of your Outlook desktop?

    Mine:

    2. How did you send your email?

    In my test, I added header and table manually, and I selected all content and applied them with Arial as confirmation.

    (Because the default font is Segoe UI when inserted email template)

    3. Any more information would be helpful.

    Try to apply your email content with Arial font again to test whether it could work.
