Hi,
trying to implement Interactive Service Hub for my customer and I find inconsistent GUI while using IE11 and Edge.
Errors and missing tabs or toolbars are appearing differently to users and one user finds different issues working on the same case/task.
While using Google Chrome everything works fine.
All browsers were refreshed regularly and reset several times (ctrl+F5).
Any idea?

We are on-prem.
No posts regarding this issue (not working properly in browsers) were published. I suppose I should check browsers settings first and the net settings again.
Otherwise a support ticket will be opened at Microsoft.
Thank you for naming the ISH replacement in 9.0+; Is there any thorough preview or trial already available?

Are you online or on-premise?
If I were you I would wait for the new version (9.0) to be available rather than using the Interactive Service Hub.
I don't think its current version has any future.
As far as I know, the Interactive Service hub (ISH) will be replaced by Customer Service Hub app, based on the new Unified Interface.
Not sure if the Customer Service Hub will be available in 9.0 or 9.1 though.
In regards to your bugs, the best way to go is to open a support ticket with Microsoft.
