Export to Excel Templates

Hi,

I understand that when a new field is added to a form, it is automatically added to the export to Excel template. However, if I wanted to make formatting changes, would that possible?

On the same topic, a few of our Excel templates are currently exporting as .xls and that is causing issues when users are exporting their data. When Excel is opened, they are getting a grey screen, the ribbon is greyed out, and the data is not displayed. How would I go about changing the file extension? If anyone has experienced this issue, any insight on this would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you,
Cheryl

    Hi,

Kindly read information about Analyze your data with Excel templates.

    1. If I'm not wrong, new fields wouldn't get added into Excel templates automatically.
    2. For File Extension: It will depend upon the file extension of the uploaded Excel templates.

    Thanks.
