After applying the use legacy forms option, users are unable to resolve/close cases. The buttons are unresponsive due to a JavaScript error. similarly, piking of emails from queues also is impossible. Could there be any step I am missing?

    Hi Patrick,

I have tested it in my environment, the error not appear when I check ‘Yes’ for use legacy form rendering.

Have you customized Resolve button? Is custom JavaScript function on it?

If so, you can disable all js code to test again.

And you can go settings > system job to check workflow that run in case entity.

Or you can change another browser or clear cache or privacy mode of browser to test again to check the error will appear or not?

    Regards,

    Leah Ju
