Test graph email in my local devbox, email history is correct, but the email dose not sent:

Hi Vast,

Is the email address you are using a valid email address? I haven't seen email addresses containing @*.onmicrosoft.com. Can you try your organizational or a private address?

Hi,

This error can come like Andre mentioned for incorrect email address and also with the recipient's incoming email restriction.
