Sales Order prblems with multiple adresses

Hi All,

I have a customer with multiple address of different purpose(Delivery, 3rd part shipping etc). I have created multiple address for the customer and assigned mode of delivery and delivery terms for the address. I also have created another address of type 3rd party shipping with differnet mode of delivery, delivery terns and also specified a 3rd part accoung number.

I created a Sales order with the address as the delivery address but the system is pulling the mode of delivery, delivery terms, 3rd party address and 3rd party account number.

Ideally it should pull through the mode of delivery, delivery terms from the delivry address not the 3rd party addres.

Also, the 3rd party address and account number should be blank because i am shipping it t customer and not  3rd party.

Am i missing on some setup here, which would make it work??

    the possible solution is that if your customer have multiple addresses and customer wants to deliver the goods on multiple address you should enter separate sale order line for each address this is the way you can handle this issue.

    Did you set up the defaults for the purposes correctly (especially "Delivery" in your case)?

    Form "Customers" / Tab "Addresses" / MenuButton "More options" / Option "Set defaults"

    For those of you facing this problem. There is a hotfix release at partner source/customer source.
