Hi,
After you add users to the environment, you can create a Team and then add users to that Team.
Have specific security roles to access applications, with different requirements for each application.
For example:
To access the /SalesHub/ app, you need to have at least one of the security roles shown below.
You can view the security colors required to access each application.
Then, depending on the applications that need to be accessed, the Team is assigned the appropriate security roles on demand, and the users in the Team inherit these security roles.
This eliminates the need to assign security roles to each user individually.
