Hi,

i create a new entity "contact point history" in leads with the 1:N Releationsship and in the Account Entity ones again with the 1:N Relationship.

In Leads there works fine. But when i try to qualified the lead to an account, the "contact point history" will not move to the account.

have anyone an idea?

Greetings

Verona

You have to Map "Contact Point History" field of lead with "Contact point of history " field of Account.

Open Account entity in solution-->Click on N:1 relationship--> Open "account_originating_lead" relationship-->In left hand side click on Mappings--> Create new mapping and map fields.

This is expected behavior , field mapping works only for source and target entity only. To move custom entity data you can write plugin and registered in the “QualifyLead” message and “Post Operation” Stage.

Another workaround would be implement quick view form in the lead entity where add the subgrid of your custom entity. Now in the account entity add the  quick view form referenced with originatingleadid.
