I have created a work order and add a product in the work order. Once I add a product unit amount field is not populated.
My work order status is : open
Work order Product:
Product PriceList Item

Work order product, and work order service, records have an option set attribute named 'Line Status', with values of Estimated and Used. As long as the associated product, from the product catalog, has a list price vale, the pricing information will be mapped to the work order product/service record, in the 'Estimate' section of the form, when the line status is Estimated, and in the 'Pricing' section of the form, when the Line Status is set to 'Used'.
