Unable to add Activities via Account - Related Activities

The "Add New Activity" button on the Ribbon("Activities" view) is disabled, the account is active and no custom code/changes have been made to the ribbon button in question. The button on the "Closed Activities" view is enabled(I'm able to create a new activity via the button).

Has anyone else experienced this? a Few users and myself experienced this issue, the issue resolved itself on my machine(I'm able to create activities via the button on the "Activities" view again).

    Hi Shwaa,

     Really not sure - try another browser maybe? Or private mode.. see if that helps. I am assuming nothing has changed in the security side?

     One thing I noticed is that image (TTS something). Is that a customization? If it is, it's probably an unsupported one, so it might interfere somehow with the default functionality
