Is this all information you can give us?

A few suggestions: the full message (if it's not), the call stack, whether it happens for all requisitions, which ones exhibit the same behavior and so on...

I am facing the same issue while creating PO from released PR. Already created PO for some of line items from the same PR and now I am trying to create the PO for remaining line items.

"Cannot create a record in Relation between purchase lines and request for quotation lines (PurchOrderRFQLineReference). Relation between purchase lines and request for quotation lines: XXXXX. The record already exists."
