Dynamics AX 2012 R3 - Automated AR Journal Backdating

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello

We have an automated process set up where when a credit card processes successfully, the system automatically creates an AR Journal, and creates an ARPV line to credit the customer account. Someone manually posts the journal at the end of the day.

Recently, the system seems to run into a glitch about once per month - it seems to get stuck on a date. For example, April 3, the journal will get created automatically, but the ARPV lines will suddenly revert back to April 2. And on April 4th, a new journal will be created and still it reverts back to the April 2 date.

Unless our IT Director resets the AOS server, it will continue to back date the ARPV postings to that particular date.

I believe this is affecting other aspects of our system, such as invoice posting dates, but I can't pinpoint it as there are too many transactions occurring.

Has anyone seen this before?

    Hi FisherE,

Is this related to a customization? If so, try to contact the partner/person who created it to see if there might be a bug. If you are using the standard features, please elaborate how.
