Hi,
Me and my colleagues have a question involving Active Directory, Office 365 and CRM.
We want to connect CRM to a shared mailbox in Office 365. For that to happen, we found out we need to create a new user that is connected to a shared mailbox. But, if we create a new user and connect a shared mailbox to it in Active Directory, it changes the shared mailbox to a personal mailbox. The user connected to the shared mailbox must be disabled in Active Directory in order for the mailbox to stay shared. But then, we can't assign CRM to the shared mailbox.
Is there a way to preserve the shared mailbox in our efforts to make CRM work with it?
Thanks in advance,
J. Kloet
