Migrate data from BC to FO and LS Retail

I would like to know if it is possible to migrate data from BC to D365 FO?
 
My next questions is: what is the difference between LS Central Retail ?

    Hi, as far as I know, there is no standard tool so far. You can use functions similar to the Configuration Package in BC to import and export data.
    Or use an intermediate solution from Dataverse or Power Automate.
