I would like to find out when I delete the files from sharepoint sites, it will go to the recycle bin. After clearing my recycle bin the tenant storage quota still hasn't shown the changes of the emptying the sharepoint recycle bin.. How do i go access the Second-stage Recycle Bin to clear the files to reduce the tenant storage usage?
